The James M. Hinton Community Development Foundation (Foundation) doing business as the James M. Hinton Foundation is named after the late Reverend James M Hinton. The Foundation is incorporated and registered with the South Carolina Secretary of State as a 501(c) (3) tax exempt charitable corporation. Programs and services provided by the Foundation are funded by tax deductible contributions and donations.
